Essential Needs;

Your company needs to be registered and conduct business within the United Kingdom.
Important Figures;
Assign an Authorizing Officer and a Key Contact with a Level 1 User based in the UK
(Holds settled or pre-settled status, in the EU). This individual should be an employee or official of the organization.
No record of convictions.
You and your essential team members should not possess any criminal records related to immigration violations or offences such, as fraud or money laundering.
