Brazil Visa from Nigeria

Nigerian passport holders need a visa to enter Brazil.

In general, Brazil Visitor Visa is issued for multiple entries (exceptions apply) and is valid for one year since the date of issuance (exceptions apply). The maximum stay in that period is 90 days. Nevertheless, the immigration authorities upon arrival in Brazil can determine a shorter period.
Visa processing time takes about 21 business days, but according to the case and type of visa, it may take longer.

Required Documents For Brazil Visa In Nigeria

1. A form duly completed and signed by the applicant
2. Print and Fill in the manual form
3. International passport valid for at least six months
4. 2 recent coloured passport photographs on white background
5. Letter of introduction from employer/school
6. Invitation letter with copy of the ID of the signatory and all immigration status documents, if not Brazilian
7. Valid hotel reservation
8. Original copy of personal salary bank statement of last six months with a reference letter
9. Return air ticket reservation to Brazil
10. Certificate of incorporation

Brazil Health Treatment Visa from Nigeria

Brazil Health Treatment Visa is issued to a person who wish to travel to Brazil for health treatments. The Visa allows you to stay in Brazil for up to 90 days.

Required Documents

1. A form duly completed and signed by the applicant
2. Also Print and fill in the attached Manual Form
3. International passport valid for at least six months
4. 2 recent coloured passport photographs on white background
5. evidence of Ability to pay for the treatment;
6. Health insurance;
7. Certificate of health service provision provided for in an international agreement;
8. Medical advice/medical report for treatment;
9. Estimate of costs of medical treatment;
10. Statement from the attending physician and hospital/clinic by ensuring that the treatment does not make use of the Public health system (SUS) in Brazil;
11. Copy of all passport pages containing annotation.

Brazil Work Visa from Nigeria
Brazil work visa is issued to persons who intends to travel to Brazil to work and/or perform any services under contract.

Jobs/Activities that require Work visa to Nigeria
1. Providing services of any kind to the Brazilian Government;
2. Contracted by a company/corporation or other entity based in Brazil to work in the country;
3. Providing services or technical assistance without a work contract or employment relationship with a corporation or entity based in Brazil;
4. Providing technical assistance services arising from a contract, cooperation agreement, or similar instrument signed with a foreign corporation or other legal entity without labour contract with the Brazilian part;
5. Undertaking professional training, without a formal employment relationship, immediately after the completion of university or professional/vocational studies;
6. Enrolled in medical residency programs at educational institution/hospital duly accredited by the Ministry of Education;
7. Employed by a foreign company and sent to work in Brazil, as trainees or interns, at a subsidiary or branch of the foreign company, provided that they are paid exclusively outside Brazil by the foreign company;
8. Who are foreign instructors or professors traveling to Brazil to teach foreign languages;
9. Professor, scientists, high-level researchers who intend to work in public or private entities related to high studies, scientific and technological research. This visa is issued for a maximum period of 2 years. If you intend to stay longer than that, you may qualify for a Permanent Visa;
10. Who are crewmembers of foreign vessels having to operate in Brazilian territorial waters as required under a charter, service or risk contract with a Brazilian company;
11. Who are crewmembers of fishing vessels leased by a Brazilian company;
12. Who are crewmembers or other professionals performing paid activities aboard cruise ships along the Brazilian coastline, the Amazon River basin, or other inland waterways;
13. Professional athletes contracted by a Brazilian sport-related company to perform sport activities with payment.

Brazil Religious Worker

This visa is for Religious workers who intend to travel to Brazil as students.

Requirement for Brazil Religious Visa from Nigeria

1. Original passport valid for at least 6 (six) months prior to its expiration date. The passport must have at least 2 (two) blank visa pages.
2. One recent individual passport photo, white background;
3. one Manual form
4. One electronic visa application form.
5. Ordination certificate and/ or diploma and school transcript of religious studies; members of religious orders must present proof of their status;
6. Curriculum vitae (detailed resume of past activities);
7. As applicable, marriage, birth certificate or official dependency document for spouse/children/dependents;
8. a signed statement from the applicant pledging not to engage in any activity in indigenous areas.
9. Constitutive minutes/ statute/ other official document pertaining to the goals / function of the sponsoring Brazilian religious or missionary organization and proof of powers of legal representation of its leader;
10. Financial affidavit drawn at a (Notary Public) by the Brazilian religious or missionary organization assuming responsibility for applicant’s stay in Brazil as well as for applicant’s departure;
11. Proof of residence within the consular jurisdiction for the past 12 months. Those applying by a third party must present proof of residence within the jurisdiction of this Consulate: copy of Driver’s License or any recent utility bill – issued within the past 90 days);
12. Please note that all copies of Brazilian supporting documents must be notarized by a (Notary Public) in Brazil.
13. Police Report

Brazil Family Reunion Visa

Brazil Family Reunion visa allows you to join your family member in Brazil.

Documents required for Brazil Family Reunion visa in Nigeria.

I - Birth certificate, judicial decision or other document proving the family relationship.
II – Police Report and drug clearance certificate from the NDLEA;
III - declaration of commitment of maintenance, subsistence and exit of the national territory, signed and recognized in a notary's office or in a consular post;
IV - documentation proving the financial capacity;
V - copy of the holder's visa, only in cases where the dependent's visa is not issued simultaneously with the holder's visa, for confirmation of the legal basis; and
VI - copy of the stamp of entry of the holder in Brazil
