Tier 1 investor visa
This visa allows you to live in the UK permanently through investment. With Tier 1 Investor Visa UK you can enter the UK with at least £2 million to invest into UK businesses.
This investor visa to the UK gives a lot of freedom in the UK and leads to fast settlement.
You are not required to have a job offer before you can apply for an Investor Visa and your application will not need to be sponsored. The application is based on your ability to invest the required amount within the first three months of your visa being granted.
Approval is initially given for a period of 3 years and 4 months if applying from outside the UK, or 3 years if applying from within the UK. Depending upon the amount you invest, you could qualify for settlement after 2, 3 or 5 years.
There is no English Language requirement and no need to show sufficient maintenance funds. For investors who have £2 million or more available, this is a great route to entering the country and securing UK citizenship by investment.
