What is an electronic form (visa application)
This is a form filled out online before you visit the Korean embassy or consulate in your country. Upon completion, you need to print it with the bar code on it along with other necessary documents and carry it with you.
Who is Eligible for Visas and How They Work
Different types of visits determine what visas you can apply for using the e-form. Here’s a breakdown:
If you are a Diplomat (A-1), Government Official (A-2), or you are under an International Agreement (A-3), you can get single-entry or multiple-entry visas.
You qualify for single-entry visas lasting 90 days or less, if you are in Korea for Short-term News Coverage (C-1), Short-Term General (C-3), or Short-Term Employment (C-4),
Some countries have special agreements with Korea, so nationals under Short-Term News Coverage (C-1) and Short-Term General (C-3) can get multiple-entry visas for 90 days or less.
If you got invited by the Korea Foundation or the Korea Arts Council. The Korean embassy can grant you a visa based on individual circumstances that is, a single-entry visa for up to one year to engage in cultural and artistic activities

- Submit your application at the Diplomatic Office and make the payment.
- Your application will then undergo reception and review.
- If approved, your visa will be issued.

To complete your e-form submission, you need the following documents:
- Scanned image files of all relevant passport pages.
- A digital photograph in natural color, sized at 3.5cm x 4.5cm
- Documents you need before visiting the Diplomatic Mission
- Before visiting the diplomatic mission, ensure you have the following required documents:
- Completed visa application form with a bar code.
- Valid passport.
- Natural color photograph sized at 3.5cm x 4.5cm.
- Visa fee payment receipt.
- Any additional documents required for your visa application.
